PSG Franchising (‘PSG’) through its exclusive national network of 65 franchisee offices together its wholly owned PSG Yorkshire franchise is the largest private provider of home property searches to conveyancers and estate agents in England and Wales. PSG has a one stop service, providing a suite of products combined with the property search, which have become essential (or extremely useful) to purchasers of both residential and commercial properties. A separate subsidiary PSG Energy Limited (‘PSG Energy’) together with franchisees provide Energy Performance Certificates (“EPCs”), air-conditioning and asbestos assessments with a team of trained energy inspectors.

The specialist electronics operation Audiotel International Limited (‘Audiotel’) is one of Europe’s leading brand manufacturers of Technical Surveillance Countermeasure (TSCM) products for the effective detection of electronic eavesdropping devices or bugs. It has developed specialist listening devices which it sells to government and law enforcement agencies in the UK and abroad.

The packaging solutions business Moore & Buckle (Flexible Packaging) Limited (‘M & B’) provides specialist engineered flexible packaging solutions.
