PSG, established eleven years ago, now provides around 25% of all residential property searches in England and Wales. The short lived introduction, and sudden abolition the Home Information Packs (“HIPs”), distorted the home buying process causing great upheaval. The PSG business is focussed on providing a suite of products which the parties to the sale process find either to be essential or useful. Each of the products listed can be tailored to a customer’s particular requirements, both commercial and residential.
It is of prime importance for PSG’s customers both to provide and to deliver these products effectively to its customers. PSG is continually enhancing.
